Mac is not a Typewriter, but it does have grammar tools

So does anyone else think this book is a hypocrite? It breaks it's own rules and says some things I do not think is appropriate, making me think that this book is not very professional, almost like it is some students personal notes.

the #1 thing that bothers me is its use of conjunctions (won't, isn't, can't). I do not use them when I write an essay or even a casual letter.

#2 It breaks its own rules. So for the Orphan & Widow section does it purposely have an orphan in the last paragraph?

#3 "Avoid stupid hyphenations." Reading the next paragraph explains this quote, but they could have easily rephrased this to sound more professional.

Ok. Had to get that out... (Oh and they started a sentence with "But". Well, maybe they are trying to say designers can make your text look nice, but we do not do grammar?)

nicely observed. the content "the rules" are all in one place that is why the book is good BUT it isn't professional nor well designed.
